They have plastic clothes pins at Target that clip onto a plastic clothes hanger. You can get a big hanger, and put as many of those clips on it as possible and just hang it in the closet and clip the ribbon on. That's what I would do.
We are just starting to wear ribbon in my little girl's hair, but I have no idea how to store it. I have a bow hanger, I just need something for the ribbon. HELP! :)

Is it the spools of ribbon you are looking to store? I've seen people where people run a string through the middle of a bunch of spools and hang the string from a nail in a closet or behind a door. Then you can pull on the ribbon anytime you'd like. To make it straight, you can even buy one of those narrow dowels and thread it through the spools along with the string. You might have to enlarge the holes in the spools so they spin easily.
I use clothes pins too. I buy mine from Dollar Tree as i use them for a lot of things.
how about those containers that look like they could be used as
fishing tackle boxes to separate hooks and things. Of course you
would have to spool the ribbon each time. This comes from
a mama with no girls. I know more about tackle boxes.
Or multiple clothes pins on a regular hanger, hang them straight.
