Hi Mamas! I just have a quick question...how do I get playdoh out of clothes? Is there something special to do other than using a stain remover? Thanks for your tips.

I'd try to put the garment in the freezer for a little bit for the playdough to get hard and then scratch off as much as you can; use stain remover for left-over stains and wash; check the garment before you dry it if any stains are left; re-treat & wash if necessary.

a dab of dishsoap diluted with a little water , let it set in the fabric, then wash and that should do it!

Scrape as much as you can off and then try Oxyclean.

I would try to simply wash it first, no stain remover. If it is dried, scrape off any excess. Check the garment before drying - but have have never had a problem getting it out in the normal wash...

Hi K.
I rep for a green manufacturing company. I do not distribute and we have great safe products that work that are a better price than the grocery store products. If you would like to investigate and find out how to get safer, less expensive, environmentally friendly products I would be happy to show you.

Hello K.,

If the fabric is strong, and it's leftover dough, let the dough dry the scrap with a stiff brush.

If it's a color stain, good luck. Some of those dyes are tough.
