I went more when I wasn't prego and before my one year old was walking, but only about once a week, and I felt good about that! Now that it has gotten so hot I just can't handle all the climbing behind my 15 month old. Now my three year old is good to go, but the little one needs so much more monitoring. So honestly we haven't been in a while :( But my older son does go out in the backyard everyday, so that helps! I hope in the fall when the weather is nicer to take them again. My hat is off to the mamas that do it daily, that's awesome!!

Every day when the weather is nice. We have very hot summers and cold winters, so we take advantage of nice days as much as possible. As we get closer to summer, we go earlier in the morning.

Nice weather we go two times a week. We do have a small playset at home that gets used almost ever nice day, plus once a week we go to the zoo (we have a zoo membership).
When we are just coming out of winter into spring we go maybe every other week, sometimes once a week IF it is decent out. Being in Wisconsin we do not really start going to the play ground till mid April, at least for us. Mid April to Mid Sept we usually go to the playground once or twice a week. End of Sept to Begining of April we rarely go, if ever, unless we get a rare super warm day.

Once a week in nice weather. We have a decent yard with a swingset. While my 2 are playing out in the yard, I can get much needed things done in the house... Or go play with them. : )
My husband is usually out in the garage & I'll peek out the windows to make sure everything's ok.

Every day! They are very active, imaginative little boys and if I didn't take them to the park every day, they would go crazy in the house! They are bundles of energy and going to the park helps burn some of that energy off! It is difficult for me to do this daily, but I make an effort to do this because of the huge benefits it has for my kids.

Not all that often to be honest. He has a playground at preschool that he's on twice a day and between our yard and our neighbors' yards, it's like a giant play space for the kids. The park is more of an "adventure" that we reserve for days when it's nice outside and we want to do something as a family- maybe once a month.

Not as often as I like... The closest park is about 20 minutes away, soI have to get a ride from Hubby. That means that taking our one-year-old to the park has to fit around both our schedules... He takes our only vehicle to work (I could drive him, but then we would double our gas bill... not good with the prices lately!!) We are hoping to find me a cheap used car, but until then my DD is out of luck.
When we lived in Tx, there was a park about 1/2 mile away. I used to walk to it every day. Mainly so I could get some exercise. We moved when DD was 6 months old.. so while she could swing or sit in the grass, the park wasn't all that fun for her...

If the weather is good, we go more often than not. We have a really nice park that is less than a half mile away, and our duplex has a huge lawn, but our neighbors do not clean up after their dog. So, if the lawn is bad (which is often), we walk to the park. It depends on how much time we have and if my husband's home sometimes since we've got the third baby now. Maybe once or twice a week in the past couple of months since it was raining a lot. Now that I'm at work again I think my husband will stick close to the house unless he drives the kids there, because otherwise he's got to bring everything for the baby and the older kids and still have one child walk--he'll have to practice it for a bit first. :)

About twice a week, more if we can. We live in Texas so the weather is pretty park friendly most of the year (usually too cold for about two months and in the summers we have to go early in the morning, it's too hot and the equipment can burn the kids if you aren't careful). We also have SEVERAL that are all close to us, so we can change it up. And I love that they can play outside and my house stays intact. My kids need a lot of activity. Plus you can't beat free entertainment.

I work FT but 3 of those days are at home so on those days, my youngest and I walk to school to pick up my 7 year old and we try to go to the park for a short visit if the weather is nice. We probably average 2 of 3 days, then my husband takes them once or twice a week as well. We're lucky to have 4 playgrounds within walking distance of my house (2 at schools) and two others that are worth driving to every now and again.
If I were a SAHM, I think I would go every day but I may be a bit delusional about whether or not my schedule would actually allow for that. The two youngest boys (5 & 7) have always had access to a playground every day because of daycare/pre-school/recess and I think they really need and enjoy that outdoor time.

As often as I can when the weather is good. 4 times so far this week and usually 3 or 4 weekdays in good weather. Weekends depend on what else we are doing. If there is not another outing planned, we go to the park. We are in an apartment with not much outdoor space so they need to go someplace to run and play that is safe

Once or maybe twice a week, sometimes I skip a week. It gets so hot and muggy here, I hate doing anything outdoors, and my kids don't love it after more than maybe 30 mins.

Now that the weather is getting nice we meet friends every Fri night for pizza/potluck at the park. This just started again last week. I often take the kids one other time during the week as well, usually on a Wed afternoon bc it is a half day of school that day. I have to chase around our 18 month old the whole time, but my son is 7 and has fun running around with other kids or hitting a tennis ball or climbing on the park equipment. Sometimes we bring his bike as well bc there is a nice bike path. Other times we bring a soccer ball to kick around.
