We live on the Frisco/ McKinney border and have a 3200 sf house. I'm interested in finding someone to clean my house twice a month. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would like to have someone that speaks English... at least enough to communicate about the house etc. What can I expect to pay these days?

I have used a few different companies and I've settled on The Cleaning Authority right now. They will send someone out to look through your home and how you want it cleaned before giving you an estimate (however, I haggled my estimate down). My home is larger than yours at 5500 sf and I pay $160 for two cleanings a month, that is a full house, top to bottom cleaning, not just bathrooms and kitchen like some of my neighbors do. I will tell you, I have also used Molly Maid (they were fine, just not a non-toxic/earth freindly company) and Maid Brigade (this company is ran by idiots, I'm convinced of it, I had to fire them).

I wouldn't recommend my lady because she's not detailed enough for me and I'm thinking of switching. However, I thought I'd let you know what I pay to give you an idea.
Our house is 3100sf and I pay $80 for every other week. She also changes the sheets on our beds but no laundry or anything. But this is a full cleaning....bathrooms, kitchen, blinds dusted each time etc.
I also live on frisco McKinney border (eldorado/independence). I also have a similar sized home (3600). I use DM cleaners they are great & reliable. They come 2x per month, once only down (70) & once whole house (95). Good luck! Jose with DM ###-###-####
