I need help to look for rental homes. If any of you ladies know of any websites for rental/lease homes by owner, I would really appreciate it. I'm looking for homes in the CCISD area.

You can look at www.har.com, I think they my have some homes on there that you can rent. I've always looked on there trying to find my dream home.

Another good website to check is www.har.com (Houston Area Real Estate). You can search for rental properties, as well as properties for sale.

The best website to use is www.har.com. You can search for homes for sale or lease, and narrow your search by an array of criteria. You can specify min. price, max. price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, school districts, how old or new you want the home to be, square footage, and so on. It's a wonderful tool.
Clearlakehomesales.com is a good website. There is a great 4 bedroom house on my street, Mill Point, in Middlebrook Subdivision. Armand Bayou Elementary is one block away, bus route for Space Center Intermediate is at the end of the street and the older ones go to Clear Lake High. This is a great street! Most families have been here 10+ years. I have been in my house for 20 years this year.Good mix of old and young neighbors. Check it out!

I have a home in South Shore Harbour that is 5600 square ft. Has a pool, and is on the golf course. I would consider renting it, if it is for at least a year. It is up for sale now, but we can take it off the market for a year or two. Ferguson Elementary school is exemplary. (CCISD) It is a gated community, and we would include lawn and pool care if we come to some agreement on leasing it. Let me know I believe your family would be very happy there! D. There are several homes in our neighborhood for rent. We live in Brook Forest/Middlebrook, which is CCISD. The elementary school is inside our neighborhood subdivision and is an awesome school. Also, check the HAR.com for homes for lease. It is the best resource for owner rentals.
