We had our roof replaced and we are not happy with the outcome....the original roofer has said he would pay to have a independent third party inspector to inspect our roof but I am finding out that most inspectors do not actually go on steep roofs....my question is do any of you moms know of home inspectors that will go on my roof or even a honest roofer that would look at my roof to tell me if I have poor installation, etc... We used Cloud Roofing (Steve Cantrell sales rep). I would request Steve. They were amazing. We found out we needed a new roof during the inspection when we were selling our house. I was referred to them through someone in our old neighborhood. I still got 3-4 quotes (roofers come out FAST). They provided me with a very competitive quote using good materials, etc. It was after some pretty bad storms as well...so they were busy, but were still able to meet my needs and get this roof installed in a few days to meet our closing deadline.
It speaks for itself that I remember the sales reps name for a roofing company. They stand behind their work, they are honest & competitively priced, and totally service oriented. Please tell Steve I referred you (N. C. from Frisco). When we moved into our new home he came out and inspected the roof for us free of charge and even did a few very minor repair type things for free to). They couldn't be nicer...
