Hiatal Hernia

My husband and I along with our 2 year old go to Dr. James Kravis on 6 mile between Beech Daly and Inkster Roads. The name of the practice is Correctcare Chiropractic. A HH can be treated without meds. A chiropractor can do it if they're versed in it. I learned how to do it myself. A couple different methods work. My naturopath manipulates mine now and then and 'sets' it with lavender oil.
But if you drink a large helping of water and then jump down from a couple of stairs, that's supposed to --with the weight of the water---get the stomach back into place.
Anyone who knows how to do it and what to feel for can instruct you how to deal with it yourself.
