Diet pills of any kind are not good for your body as they destroy your metabolism all together. Been there. Done that. They ruined my metabolism so bad that it's been really difficult for me to lose weight. I actually gained. I did however lose weight on diet pills, but they actually control everything and once you're off of them, it leaves your body messed up. I would suggest a regular (low to no sugar meaning no more than 5g per day), low carb and calorie diet along with exercise. It's really easy to get caught up in the 'diet pill' way of dieting and losing weight because it's the easy way out and now a days with life being so busy most of the time, we're apt to doing it. So try the natural way and keep consistant about it and it will work for you. Best wishes,G.
