I have a 4x4 herb garden... Fully half of it is parsley & cilantro. Then there also 5 kinds of basil that take up another quarter.
Primarily for
- Chimichurri
- Mexi/Thai
- Pesto
But also for other uses, like salads / sammies/ marinades/ pasta
Of the remainder I have
- Rosenary
- Thyme / lemon thyme / chocolate thyme
- Tarragon
- Chives
- French lavender
- Sorrel
- Dill
- Mint
- Spearamint
