I would just use acetone nail polish remover. That should work. You will probably have to use a scrub brush to get it all.
Good luck!
Yesterday while I was at work my daughter spilled a bottle of pink nail polish in her bathroom. It has brand new ceramic tile with cream colored grout. She tried to clean it up herself because she thought she was going to be in trouble. When the babysitter realized something was going on they both tried to clean it up. They used nail polish remover and got a majority of it out. There are still several pin-size spots that got missed, along with the grout now being a lovely shade of pink.........not a fun thing to come home from work to!! Do you have ANY suggestions or ideas on how to get it out? It just happened yesterday afternoon. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

the magic erasers or a steam cleaner should loosen it up
Acetone! Its in most nail polishes, but I buy it on its own for painting mishaps. I've done this before and its not fun. Use a rough sponge and apply the Acetone directly on the stains. It should come up with some elbow grease.
Acetone and the tide bleach pen should do it.

make a paste with baking soda.and then scrub with a sponge or rougher pad
You need acetone to get it out of the grout. You probably need to keep applying it to let it soak in as well. Straight acetone should get it off the tile too, otherwise use an abrasive like baking soda to scrub it off. Bleach won't do much - you really need a solvent to lift the polish out of the grout. Grout is porous, so it probably seeped inside of joint. Scrubbing the surface won't do it, you need to saturate it.
Good luck... You should be able to get pure acetone in the paint section of a hardware store or at a place like Sally Beauty Supply. (FYI - not a bad idea to keep acetone in the garage anyhow. It gets most paint off of things, and works like a charm for sharpies...) Not the most eco-friendly thing on the planet, but not everything can be cleaned up that way!
maybe try Mr.Clean eraser, I have had great luck with that getting variety of stains off.

I work in a hair salon, and have had many mishaps with broken bottles of nail polish.:( Get an acetone polish remover, its a polish remover for natural nails. let it sit for a few mins and get a soft cloth to clean it with. Should do the trick.
