My father in law had this done a few years ago, and hasnt regretted it at all. He lives in ARkansas so I dont think that will help you much.
My hubbys lids are starting to do the same as his dads. I"ve been doing some research. I used Dr. Byron Brown for a breast reduction a few years back and several of my family members have used him for various things. When the time comes, we will definatly go to him for my hubbys.
His office is Downtown Dallas and he is a wonderful surgeon.
