Emmerson Lynn or Emmerson Faith and you can call her Emme just a thought best of luck. I have two boys but my choice was Selah Addison Mae.
Hi, I'm due in less than 5 weeks (10/31) and we still have not picked out a name. Nothing we've talked about feels right.. its crazy. My daughers name is Emily Renee. For the 2nd baby I'd like the middle name to be Lynn(its another girl), after my mom(thats her middle name), so a 1st name that goes with that would be great. I'm not a big fan of the real trendy names either, if that helps :) My mom very much keeps trying to talk me in to naming her Korinna, however I just don't really like it. I told her I'll use her middle name (lynn),but not her choice for 1st name - I just don't really like it. My husband doesn't really like it either, so we're still confused. So whats your suggestions?
We went with Samantha Lynn.. She was born 10/31 6:23 am - doing well
:)
Thanks for all the suggestions Moms!

I like the old fashion and simple name. Sarah, Hanna or Anna would all sound nice with Lynn. The names that are just made up now a days are just crazy..lol...Good luck and have a happy healthy baby!
Wow you have alot of great choices here! Looking them
over I really liked Sophia Lynn. It sounds good with
Emily also. Once you see her I am sure the name will
come pretty easy!!
Good Luck!
I'm pregnant for the third time. All boys! I wanted to use Kate for a little girl. I like the name because it's simple and my grandmother's nickname was Kate.
Good Luck!
Amanda Lynn!
Good luck
How about M. (yes I am biast), Dianne, Mary, Regina. Good luck on the name hunt. :)
Hi A.. How about waiting till you see her. For my twin girls, I had said the first one that comes out will be June and the second will be Jenna. When I seen them, the name Jenna just fit the second twin so well. And then June just did not seem right at all for the first twin, she was nameless for the first couple of days ):
I am sure whatever name you choose will be great!
Good Luck!
Hi-
How about Kara or Carly???? I have always liked Andrea too. Just a few suggestions. Good Luck.
P.S. Do they have part-time jobs at Penske. I worked for Schneider Logistics for 5 years doing Parts Control, Traffic. I would only consider employment again if it were part time. Thanks!

cheryl?(my mother is Cheryl Lynn) did you go to the library and check out the name books? I didn't name my 2ond till about 1week before I was due...they say names with different amounts of syllables flow better.
I have 4 girls and didn't name 2 of them until they were a couple of days old because we couldn't agree. Emily is what I would've chosen, by the way. I think sometimes you have to see the baby and get to know her a bit before you know the right name. It'll come to you! Congratulations on being the mother of 2 daughters. You're gonna love it!
Hi A.,
There is this incredible book called "The Baby Name Wizard" by Laura Wattenberg. It has the popularity of the name (Emily was actually #1 in 2003) and then it states the style of the name, the variants, and good sister and brother names as well. Just thought I would give you the "sister" choices stated in the book, which are Hannah, Lauren, Rachel, Molly and Caroline (brothers are Jacob, Evan, Alexander, Nichoas and Andrew just in case you are planning more children). Good luck! I have a little boy right now and hope that someday I'm lucky enough to be naming a little girl, too! Congrats! :)

I really understand what you are going through!! I'm due Oct 25th with 2 girls and my husband and I only just picked names yesterday!! Just to share b/c I'm so excited the names we picked are:
Aaliyah Jeannette & Syrena Marie although the spelling of them are still up for debate, I'm just glad we finally got names!
Names that I think go good with Lynn are:
Amber
Syrena
Kera
Savannah
Good Luck, let us know what you decided on! And congrats on the new baby!
My name is M. Lynn, which I have always liked. I think it flows well, and it's not too trendy but you also don't have to worry about a bunch of M.'s in her class as she grows up! Good luck with whatever name you choose - I'm sure it will be beautiful! Congratulations on your new baby girl!
Hi A.,
I don't know if you are a Christian, but there a lot of very interesting names in the Bible...many of which most people have never heard of. The bonus is that many of them have deep meaning. My kids are named David (beloved) and Matthew (gift of God) and both Biblical meanings are definitely true!
There are many websites that you can check out which list girl names alphabetically and give their meaning, too. (here is one I found: http://www.biblebell.org) Many would go nicely with Lynn and would give you a name that is not heard a lot, but not too trendy, either.
Good luck,
L.
I don't like the new trendy names either. My daughter's name is Marie and I am partial to that. I also know someone named Marie Lynn. I think that sounds nice. Good luck...
I know the feeling. When I had my daughter 6 yrs ago, we had it down totwo names and decided to look at her first and then decide between the two. That being said, I know a couple people with the middle name Lynn. Terrie Lynn, Brandy Lynn. What about Victoria (Tori), Joanna, Eva, Ava
Good luck with the decision.
Hi A.,
I am a lot older than you, 79, but I have a Granddaughter named Hollie Lynn and I like Suzanne Lynn, Carol Lynn is great too.
D.
I like the names Emma, Dana, Ava, and Stephanie.
I know a cute little girl named Aarylin, but you could spell it different like Aralynn to match your mother's name. I think Aralynn Nicole sounds pretty.
Anyways congratulations on your upcoming baby!!!
My suggestion is not to separate the 2nd name from the first, but rather incorporate it. A guy I went to school with had a younger sister named Shealynn (pronounced SHAY-LYNN) - I love that name! Good luck! And be sure to let us know what you decide!
My cousins name is Lisa Lynn and her daughter is Jennifer Lynn, I also like Veronica Lynn.
Good luck to you A.! :-)
How About Mariah Lynn? Jessica Lynn?
Good Luck to you
M.
Alyssa Lynn, Kristin Lynn, Kaevon Lynn, Adrianne Lynn, Alaynna Lynn, Elaina Lynn, Erin Lynn, Kennedy Lynn, Cassidy Lynn, Gabriel Lynn, Janisa Lynn......Good Luck with your new little one, hope these helped!! These are the ones I made up, but you can check this site out. http://www.babynames.com/Names/Alpha/?let=A
Click the letters A-Z to get other names.
I find your daughters' middle names to be quite coincidental as my middle name is Lynn and my sister's middle name is Renee. Also, my other sister's name is A.. How funny, huh?
I think the name Sophia Lynn is really pretty.
Good luck and congrats on your new baby girl!
R. :)
Congrats. How about Amber, Autumn, Jordan (it's a also a girls name), Autumn.
Hello A....
I love the name Madison or Jordin. M. also goes well with Lynn.
good luck!
my name is C. lynn, my daughters is ashley lynn. other names we considered when ashley was born were: taylor lynn, morgan lynn, samantha lynn. good luck to you!!
If our 2nd had been a girl (I was so sure! Nope, it was a boy.), her name would have been Amelia (our other name was Teagan, but you said you don't like trendy names, and that's an unusual one). My sister's friends recently had a Kira, Jenna, Linnea (instead of Lynn), Sierra and Clara. Grace is also nice, but Grace Lynn reminds me of Elvis. Good luck.
