Hi i hoping someone can recommend a good peditirician in my area or surrounding areas. I live in old bridge my old doctor was in colts neck so i don't mind traveling a little. I have a two year girl and another on the way. I am looking for a doctor who has good patient relations. Also looking for a doctor that isn't looking to medicate for every little thing. I'm not big on antibiotics and medicine being used for everything. If anyone knows of a doctor who is open minded and kind, that would be great. My second child will be born in three months. My pediatrician is a very good doctor, his name is Dr. Howard Brauer. My son is 9 months old and doesn't seem to have a problem with him, baring shot day of course, and he likes to avoid using medication whenever possible. He's located in East Brunswick off of summerhill road.
Hey there. Well you already have 3 names...I'll give you a 4th! :) I take my kids to Dr. Wendy Huang in Holmdel. I don't have her # right now...my 15 month old is climbing all over me. aah. From Old Bridge she is probably like 15-20 minutes. I LOVE HER. She does not medicate right away. She will if necessary, but if you tell her you would like to try a more natural, alternative approach she will help you to do that. I always LOVED the people in her office. They were always so friendly and my kids really liked her. Hope that helps.

Hi!! I have been waiting to refer my daughters' doctor again. We use Pediatric and Adolescent Associates of Central New Jersey, L.L.C. 100 Perrine Road, Old Bridge, New Jersey 08857 ###-###-####. I only use Dr. Shih (pronounced 'SHE')!!! I tried the others but none are as gentle as he is. They are located across the street from the Outback Steakhouse. I've referred him to 3 of my neighbors with little ones as well. You will not be disappointed. Best of luck to you.
Hey N.. I live in Matawan and i take my daughter to Dr. Baumlin in holmdel right by Bayshore Hospital. He was my friend's pediatrician and she is now 35 yrs. old. LOL He is very nice, and old school. He doesn't worry too much about stuff and doesn't prescribe medicine for everything. He also was the head of the NICU in Monmouth Medical which was perfect for me having a 28 wk. preemie.
