I thought it would be useful to share my response to Margie with all of you on the questions/feedback she raised. Margie thanks again for reaching out to us.

We received your concerns about the user you identified and we'll take a close look at it. Unfortunately it can be tricky to flag specific posters if they create new and multiple profiles. We do our best and are grateful to individuals like you that report questionable posts.

That’s great feedback as to the search functionality. We are aware of its limitations and have it on our ‘list’ however the underlying technology is not quite as flexible as we’d like so making that change isn’t as easy as it might seem (or should be!). Regardless though we’ve noted it, and thanks again for bringing it up.
