party city has tons of Hawaiian themed stuff. We did a "beach party" last year for my little girl. They have grass table skirts, grass skirts for people of all ages, several diffent choices on dinnerware, tones of decorating ideas and a few games, they even have the cutouts that you put your face in and you will have the body of a model, so funny. You can also check out www.orientaltrading.com they have a lot of beachy and hawaiian stuff as well
water sprinklers would be tons of fun... there are some really cool ones out now a days and then just put her favorite fruit on little kabobs. Then you can do different adult stuff..

You can always find a large variety of laua theme party supplies at most dollar stores. Tiki torches and paper lanterns would also be a a nice touch. Burn a cd w/ island music and play limbo with a bamboo stick. Use fresh pineapples as part of your table decor and have chocolate fondue with fresh pinapple, strawberries and kiwi. Lei each guest upon arrival. This is just a few things I came up with off the top of my head so I'm sure you will have a lot of options. Have fun!
