Do they not send a confirmation email once you place an order? I saved the order ID number confirmation on their website, but I didn't receive a confirmation email, which I always usually get when I order things online.

Also, is it easy to exchange something with them, if it's the wrong size? Pretty sure I got the right sizes, just wanted to know, just in case... I bought a bathing suit and that's one of those things I usually try before I buy...
Yes, I've ordered from them and gotten a confirmation email. I've also made returns and haven't had any issues. I've done a lot of returns because I find their sizes to be uneven (sometimes too small and sometimes not, so I end up ordering the wrong size).
