I made them last year for a christmas presant and froze them and they thawed just fine....to bad my teenagers ate them before I got them in the mail.
I'm making about 5 dz. cheesecake mini cups for a wedding. Can I make them ahead of time & freeze them?
Have you ever done that? Did they turn out OK? Got a great recipe to share?
TIA!
Thanks, everyone! Just found out my assignment has been changed to the mini-cheesecake cookies! Are those freezable?
Renee--I don't have to send them--I need to take them to a wedding....just want to make them ahead of time & freeze them. Have you done that? Got a good recipe? :)

Ok, here's the deal. I can't help you..... but..... I NEED cheesecake cookies!!! When you have time could you post the recipe please?
they freeze just fine IF they are wrapped or stored properly. if it's for a week, freezer wrap should be fine.
take them out the day of the wedding and they should be defrosted in time.
In the past, I have frozen them in the same pan I baked them in and didn't have a problem.
My friend makes these all the time. She always freezes them and they turn out just fine.
I think I need these recipes..yum!
I just have a question here, what kind of cheesecake cookie can you make that lasts long enough to mail to someone? The kind I make are mini cheesecakes that need refrigerated, are we talking about something completely different? If so, what am I missing out on!?!?!?
