and when will it go away?
I mean that humorously.

edited (I originally had the name wrong I changed and added the a)

Everyone at my work is sporting these puppies, Basically leggings some with crazy patterns on them. And Tops and dresses. They look comfy enough, but not my style. Also it seems like an Avon or tupperware type sales organization, which I tend to avoid.

have you even heard of these? If you like them what is the appeal? comfort? What is the target age for these, it seems like 30's-50 yos but again, i'm just going by what i see at work and people selling them on Facebook. I can't decide if i'm no fun or this stuff will be a short lived fad.

What can I do next?

Printed leggings are so popular right now, as are the printed loose type of pants....

As others have said, they look ok on some people, but not all..... (and leggings, unless covered by a fingertip length top or skirt are not allowed at my middle school.... although they don't always enforce it.)

I don't mind some of the prints, but the thing that drives me crazy is that the pattern does not match at the seams.... it doesn't even come close! Yes, I know matching prints can be difficult, but sometimes the print is upside down of the other one..... Sorry, I'm too much of a perfectionist to wear something like that where the print doesn't match.....

Trying to figure out a polite way to describe the target demographic. My 22 year, old 5'1, 300 pound niece loves them. The tops are actually quite flattering, the leggings remind me of bright sausage casings.

The thing that is odd, I have yet to find a site that publishes their prices.

Never heard of it, when I googled it I came up with LulaRoe, is that what you're talking about? Looks like stretchy, cheap clothing to me. I can't imagine dressing like this for work, unless you work at Walmart...?

I must be no fun either:) those legging remind me of the stirrup pants days and just saying-in my opinion- women over 20 (ok maybe 30) should not be wearing printed leggings, especially at work, which i see frequently. I have been invited twice to a lula party. Some of the tunics are cute but the quality wasn't great.

well....my daughter is 5 and crazy printed leggings look adorable on her.
But she's 5.
I don't like them on adults....but who cares really. Right? Like every other fad, this too shall pass.

I got invited to an online party. Some of them are pretty cute. Others are really obnoxious. I always wear leggings or exercise/yoga type shorts under my dresses. I hate nylons, they never last a full day and I won't go bare at all. I might wear some tights.
I ended up not buying any because I could not figure out their sizing, it's really odd and vague. I also don't like buying clothing sight unseen and I hate encouraging these pyramid buying schemes. It was tempting though.
I personally love fun leggings with dresses. I like a sense of fun in my clothing in general. Life it too short to not have some fun where you can.

My SILs are all about Lu La Roe. Personally, I think they're hideously unflattering, the prints are unattractive, and the leggings run about $40 a pair.

Completely inappropriate for any office.

If only some people realized what they actually look like while wearing them.

Hopefully they are a fad and don't become a hit in my area.

I have never heard of it. No one I know has mentioned it. That sounds like something a teenager would wear. I usually wear jeans and don't enjoy spending money shopping when I pretty much have all I need.

I have a friend who adores these things. She loves the bright colors & says they are incredibly soft. She invited me to a party last week but I didn't go due to other obligations. Truthfully though, I'm glad I wasn't able to go. Leggings aren't really my thing - especially incredibly bright patterned ones. She looks good in them, I would look like a circus sausage!
The company is set up like Avon, Tupperware, Mary Kay, etc...
I tend to support my friends who have small businesses like these when possible. If I need a bag & you sell 31, then I'll check out your stuff. If I need a crazy amazing pizza stone & you sell Pampered Chef then I'll let you know. That type of thing. I'd rather my money go to support friends with small businesses (which is what these companies are - not "pyramid schemes") than giant big box stores.

I had never heard of LuLaRoe before your post. I'm not likely to buy clothing from an MLM type setup, but some of the pictures of less-busy items look nice. I'm all about comfortable. I'd need to try things on first though.

I've never heard of it.
Loud leggings might look good if you're thin but on chubby legs it makes you look HUGE.
I can't see how this would fit in with any business dress code that I have ever come across before.
