Has My Baby Dropped?

35 weeks now with first baby and I can't tell if she's dropped yet. The constant peeing, especially overnight has been going on since my 3rd trimester began, but now it seems the daytime is just has bad as night and I feel more pressure down there. Just wondering if this is a sign that she has dropped?

ETA: Good to know. I still can't breathe that well :)

What can I do next?

And may I just mention that some babies never "drop". My DD didn't... well at least not until I was in labor.
Good luck!

Does not sound like it. When they drop you feel 100 lbs lighter. You can breathe again lol.

First time pregnancy, baby often doesnt 'drop' until you are actually in labor or right before labor. Good luck with your baby, and may I highly recommend an epidural :)

my daughter NEVER dropped. The L&D nurse actually laid on top of me and tried to push the baby down while I pushed. NOTHING. Ended up with a c-section- she was transverse and had her arm wedged to my pelvic bone.

Most likely not. The pee thing and pressure are par for the course.

My baby dropped the other day. I can read a whole book to my kids without getting out of breath anymore.

I'm 38 weeks, btw.

You'll know when she drops. EVERYONE around you will tell you! When baby drops, it's not a small change... it'll be obvious to anyone who sees you regularly. Your belly will go from being up by your ribs to down just about between your legs. Like you really won't be able to sit in a chair reasonably.

You've probably got a few weeks yet. Enjoy your pre-baby days :)

I never had the whole dropped experience but I had much commentary from others about my dropped status! Some said yes, for sure, others said no way, it was a mixed bag. I did get induced with all three so maybe mine didn't drop! But I did have more pressure down low and had to pee more and more close to the end, hang in there you are in the home stretch! Congrats :)
