My friend used it and she loved it.
I was just wondering if anyone has used this product. Does it work? My hair is thinning, but I was thinking I'd like to try this product before trying something like Rogaine. P.S. My hair loss is not due to a thyroid problem. It is most likely just hereditary.

OMG, Ovation is my good friend's husband's company! All I can say is that her hair is GORGEOUS!!! She uses their products (obviously : ) ) and her hair is so thick, and so shiny aand healthy. Actually next time we meet up she's giving me some samples to try so I'll definitely report on it : ) But, character wise, their an amazing family, honest, and sincere. After seeing my friend's hair, I wouldn't doubt it will do the trick!
Haven't heard of it. But I do use Nioxin shampoo, which you can buy at a salon and it's the only thing that stopped my hair fallout. I do have hormome problems, as well as hereditary hair loss, and take thyroid meds, but the only thing that stopped it is Nioxin. Oh, I used Rogaine and it stopped the fallout too, but you can't use that if you're pregnant or nursing. When I've stopped using Nioxin, hair starts falling out again after about 2 months. You'll notice hair stop falling out after about 2 or 3 months if you use Nioxin regularly. My sister also uses it with good results. And my friend. It won't regrow any hair you've lost though. Good luck!
I would definitely suggest working on building up your immune system. I don't know anything about the program that has been recommended but anti-oxidants boost your immune system and fight off cancer. Another approach is to start juicing. Juicing extracts enzymes from raw fruits and vegetables. There are several books that you can check out at Barnes and Nobles or Borders on the benefits of juicing. Good luck.
I have not heard of that product, but I know of things that work or may really help. Increasing your glutathione level helps (master antioxident in the body, a protien produced naturally in our bodies) , as we get older our body stops/slows down in producing it. When this happens , we age and get disease and all kinds of problems start to pop-up. I work with a holistic company and we have glutathione patches that raise your glutathione level by 300% in less that 24 hours. This product also helps with autism, blood pressure, anti aging, menopause, hormones, depression and so much more. Suzanne Sommers has just written a book "Break through" and she states she cannot live without her patches, they have changed her life. I would be happy to give you more information if you are interested. Sometimes too much Vitamin A causes hair loss. Not enough iron can cause hair loss too. My website is Lifewave.com/kherihealth Just try it!!
I have never used the product, but I had a similar problem when I was 29. My dermatologist checked the loss pattern and he said that it was definately not female pattern baldness. So, he did bloodwork. As it turns out I had really low iron levels in my blood, but not anemic, which can cause hair to fall. He put me on iron supplements and over the course of a year, I saw a significant regrowth of my hair and a huge reduction in hair loss. It's a dreadful feeling to loose your hair at such a young age. Best wishes as you search for a remedy!
