You could get orange tights and use black electrical or duct tape for the stripes. www.welovecolors.com has tights that color. You'd probably have to rush the shipping though. Or maybe try party city or any other Halloween store. GL!
I am trying to find a pair of stripped socks or hose for my 1 y.o. for a party that is this Friday. I need these to go with his outfit. I have googled them and can't find any. I looked at Wal-Mart, Target, Children's Place and Gymboree with no such luck. Wal-Mart did have some jammies that would work, BUT they didn't have any more 18 month sizes. I have been to 3 different Wal-Marts and still no luck. Looked on-line at their store and no luck.
Do any of you awesome Mama's have any other suggestions?
TIA
I am looking for orange and black stripes.

I agree with Sue. Girls and or Girl Toddler will have striped tights or even leggings. Good luck! Let us know if you find them :)
Get black tights (maybe JCPenny? girls section) and like Bryan said, tape off your stripes and paint the rest orange. Take off the tape and you're done. :)
socks, fabric paint and tape to mask off where you want the stripes

I just googled it and lots and lots of pages came up.
This time of year I would try halloween stores....US Toys, Halloween superstores, Halloween city---call 1st and check if they have tiny sizes...

did you look only in boys? I know of several toddler girls wearing them right now! None are home for me to ask them....but I know they all shop at WalMart, KMart, Children's Palace, etc.
EDIT: are you looking for a specific color? We need more details!
What color socks do you need? look on Google shopping for some help. you might end up having to order them, but if you need them that bad, you should if you need to.
Sometimes dance studios or dance/tumbling supply stores carry things like that if there's one near you.
