Hello everyone! I am looking for a skunk costume in 18mos. size. I bought a 6-12month and I knew I was taking a chance and my son will probably take pictures in it this weekend and that's about it. I call him my "little stinker" and I really want him to be a skunk this year. I don't want to pay $50 for a one time use if I can help it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Make one! Buy a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweat pants. Buy some white furry material(can be found at your local fabric store), glue it down the center of the shirt and pants.
I was just on e-bay and saw a bunch of skunk costumes. Or you can check Craiglist.com

Great idea from Julie! Here's another - get an all-black outfit (you probably already have one) and get some fabric paint. The paint is cheap and will not wash out, although you'll probably want to wash it after you paint it because it smells a little funky. Get little white mittens and white socks and shoes. There you go!
My little girl is going as a Hershey's kiss this year. We have poster board, foil, and a brown beanie hat. (FUN!)
