I recently moved to the Kensington, MD; and I am looking for a hair stylist for myself and my 8 year old daughter. My daughter is tender headed and has natural hair (chemically untreated). I'm looking for an affordable stylist who specializes in hair care and ethnic hair. Any suggestions?

SH, where are you located? That would help us respond better. If you're in Northern Virginia, we have had very good luck with a lady named Binh at the Cartoon Cuts kids' salon in Fair Oaks Mall; however, I don't know if she has any specialty in ethnic hair styling and I don't know if you'd want to get your own hair done at Cartoon Cuts (though they advertise that they do style adults' hair).
