Does anyone know how to get grape juice out of carpet that was spilled on Saturday? I'm just now finding out about the stain. The carpet is tan.

Go to Dollar General and get some Awesome. It is great. It got Wolf Brand Chile out of white carpet, thanks to my 3 year old. It says to dilute it, but it depends on the stain. I sprayed it directly. Good luck!

Becarful using vinegar...it can set the color

Try club soda or oxyclean. buy a shamwow and that will pick up anything that has made it down to the pad.

Take Care and God Bless!

I used a cleaner with a heat source on low, and iron, and a clean rag/washcloth, to clean red koolaid, I think Folex would probably work well

I know that pouring white wine on a red wine spill or fresh stain will work, it may be worth a shot.

My brother who owns a carpet cleaning company got red kool aid out of my white carpet using sprite/7up. He just poured a little bit on it and let it sit for a minute and dabbed it right up. I'm guessing that would work on grape juice also, since it's a red dye.

I used club soda on blood and it got every bit of it out. Since your stain is dried, I would dilute it with water first (mist it on with a spray bottle) and soak it up with an old light-colored towel. Then I would use the club soda (or whatever cleaner you've decided on) and blot it up and well as you can. You might put a fan on it to help dry it once you've gotten the stain out.

My favorite spot cleaner is called "INCREDIBLE"... and it is!

I buy mine at Tom Thumb or Kroger in the cleaning isle with the carpet cleaning stuff... small white bottle w/ red and blue lettering. With 4 kids and and a dog I just wish I could find an economy size!

Spot Shot in a navy can and orange top, you can get it at Walmart.
My SIL told me about this and I was shocked at the results.

I would try white vinegar and lemon juice straight from the lemon mixed together and applied directly to the spot. Let it soak and then blot it. Add water to pick up the remainder of the lemon/vinegar mixture. i have used this concoction to get just about any stain out of just about every surface with success.

Any of the Oxy Clean products work great I think. I have gotten out red wine, red juice etc. and ink out of clothing and carpet with the products.

It all depends on what kind of fibers the carpet is composed of. Cleaning is based upon natural vs. synthetic.

Most of the time, something like oxyclean will work. I'd also try peroxide as it will help break down the proteins (like it works wonders on blood stains).

If using a cleaner (we also LOVE spot shot and just got Krud Cutter - though we've not tried it) doesn't work, put some towels on the wet stain with a weight to help draw the stain into the towels like a wick. It always works when our dog throws-up on the carpet.

Oxyclean. It's perfect for juice stains and makes them vanish just like it does on the commercial.

First thing you gotta do is scream....once...LOUD!
There.
Now, try some rubbing alcohol or OxyClean on an inconspicuous spot first.
Good luck

I use Folex. It gets red wine out so I am sure it will do grapejuice. It works great. It is in a white round spray bottle with purple wrighting. You can get it at homedepot, walmart or grocery. Good luck!
