Good Vitamins/supplements

I have been thrilled with the Isotonix products I've been using with Market America. Shaklee had a product called Vita Lea. It comes in 2 formulas, with Iron and without Iron. Shaklee had performed over 300 quality control tests for purity and potency on this product alone. I have had 2 drs taht recommended the centrum brand vitamins.. which I took during pregnancy. I could not take th prenatals as they made me nauseus.

So I recommend centrum.

I believe there is a formula with low or no iron.

I love Shaklee vitamins, they are REDICULOUSLY expensive, but they work. I have everyone in my house on them. The childrens ones are good too.
