We just purchased a home in Golconda Illinois. This will be our retirement home. We plan on updting the kitchen and bathrooms. Add in a bathroom upstairs. And generally update the house. Is anyone on mama pedia from that area? We will be looking for some contracters to do some work. plumbing, drywalling, furnace / air, and flooring. If you are from that area and can give me the names of some local contracters that you know are reliable I would appreciate it.
I tried to put it to a specific area. It would not let me. :( so maybe because it is such a small town in the middle of no where it wouldn't allow me to do the specific area thing. I tried.
