Anyone have a really good one to recommend? One that won't break the bank.
Saw a cheap Wet & Wild one tonight but don't know if it's really truly glittery & would show up glittery?

J C Mac isn't super affordable. It's usually closer to 15 bucks per eye shadow. I agree with NYX or maybe even wetnwild. Wetnwild are hits and misses. Another good brand is Milani. Milani has a liquid glitter line called glitter eyez that comes in a tube
If you want GLITTER! Eye shadow, I am guessing for Halloween then go for Nyx, you can find it at Ulta. It's also VERY affordable, most products are less than $5.
IF you are looking for shimmer, Nyx has a good line of those too, but so does everyone!
Go to Sephora or Ulta
Lots of selections. You can get a lower end cheapee at Ulta.
Sephora is reasonably priced but if you are looking for Halloween and just want a cheapee, Ulta will probably have what you are looking for. Try the testers to see if it glitters the way you want.
Just to add--Look at where it's made. I wouldn't put cosmetics made in China on myself or my child!
My daughter said to get Mac eyeshadow.
