The GED test itself is only available by certified locations. She would have to actually go somewhere to take the test. She can register with a place online to take practice tests and lessons but they can be expensive. A couple places I looked at were $200 or more. Or she could register at a community college for less and get more of a classroom setting instruction. the other option is to buy a manual and study it on her own and then register for a test. There are a lot of places that pop up by googling but the actual GED is not valid unless at a GED Test Center. I recently looked into this for my husband--he left school in his country 1 month before graduating so never got his actual diploma. I bought a book and it is thick with a lot of examples and covers a lot of material. I got if from Barnes and Noble online and was ranked one of the best. There are a lot available.
