When I bought my GMAT test prep book I saw GED test prep books. Kaplan was the best for the GMAT when I took it but I am not sure for the GED. They do make one. Maybe check them out in the library to see which one you like.
You could buy this onlline for 3 bucks:

In our area, not sure about yours, the local fire stations know, and even hold classes for people preparing for theirs. You could call them and ask to find out.
I bought a book from Barnes and Noble on line for my husband. The price is $25 but I only paid $13. It is from Kaplan I think. It is big and has EVERYTHING you could need.
When I took it years ago at my local City College, they had some practice tests we could take home.. can you contact a local college near you? I am sure they could assist..
good luck!!!
Check out Amazon.com. I found a book with prep questions and practice tests... $11.
