I like shopping at Garden Ridge, but their price barcode stickers are soooo sticky! I always have a really hard time getting them off of whatever I buy. I bought 2 paintings and I just left the price on them because I am afraid to scratch the frame(Has happened in the past). Does anyone know of a good, easy way to get the stickers off?

What I have always done is: take the sticker off, leaving all that sticky goo on the glass frame. Get a cotton ball and dip it in rubbing alcohol and rub it on the goo. It comes off very easily.

The best way I have found to get stickers off is to use packing tape. Stick and rip...

That should get most of it. If something remains, rub on a little olive oil and clean off with vinegar.

Hope this helps!

Goo gone works good and believe it or not if you have Avon's skin so soft bath oil, it is great at getting stuff like that off.

I second the suggestion of olive oil or vegetable oil. Baby oil or mineral oil might do the trick as well.

goo gone works miracles on price stickers. I let the stuff soak for about a minute then go to peel off stickers. I usually run stuff through the dishwasher or hand wash it afterwards to get all of the residue 100% gone.
