I am having a small (probably 3 friends) b-day party for my 2 year old girl. It is only going to be a 2 hr party but I thought I might need a game of some sort. There will be toys and a coloring station but I was hoping someone could suggest an age appropriate game or activity I could do as well. Thanks!!!

What can I do next?

I hate to say it but I think getting 2 year olds to play just about any sort of organized game will be like herding cats- they will probably have lots of fun just playing. In an adults mind it always seems crazy to have nothing planned for them to do but at that age, I've found free play really works best. Unless maybe you want to get messy and have an area for play-doh or something like that. Have fun and Happy Birthday to your little one!

Simon Says is a favorite game in our home! I have a 6.5 y/o and a 2.5 y/o and they both LOVE to play!!

we had a pinata at my daughters 2nd birthday and she and the other kids LOVED it. you can get them pretty cheap i bought hers at party city for $10 and bought some candy to put in it. Also walmart sells them but there alittle bit more expensive there.

In our toddler room this past weekend, we played a fun "game" - each child picked a toy/item from around the room (you could have the kids pick 2 each) and then I told a funny story using the items that were collected. You can also go to www.birthdaypartyideas.com
