Heirloom Restorations in Denton does excellent work. I have had several pieces refinished by them and have been very pleased.

I know that there a few places in Lewisville. Downtown area. I have been putting off refinishing my dining room table (does not belong to me) I have an impressive 9 inch long scrape through the clear coat almost to the stain. You could probably do it yourself. There's all kinds of stuff to remove the old varnish, etc.... Books at the libary...
