Am I the only 31 year old who doesn't like tongue kissing anymore? I used to love it, 13 years ago when my hubby and I were dating...and I still love him and am very attracted to him...we have sex 1-3 times a week...but I just don't like kissing with the tongue! What happened to me? lol

What can I do next?

I only like it in the heat of the moment. I don't care for it any other time. My husband and I used to make out all the time, but not so much anymore. It kinda grosses me out.

for me, the kiss is where....the heart is....it makes the act more romance, than just sex. Just like in the movie, "Pretty Woman"!!

TMI, right?!

For me it's also in the moment. I don't need a tongue down my throat for a simple hello kiss, but if we are in the moment it's fine, hubs always has good breath(lol). However tongue in the ear and I am grossed out! Totally seperate once I realized I didn't love my long term BF he totally grossed me out, probably becasue I didn't love him anymore and the added bonus of holitosis(yuck)

Haha, Jamie I'm the same way!!! I wonder if there's something wrong with me sometimes, because I'd just as soon have a dog licking my face lol. I like to open mouth kiss, but I'm not a huge tongue fan either! Just slightly parted lips is my preference :)

No kidding. I so wish I could get the butterflies of the first date again...but when we try (Neither of us are very romantic people) it just seems silly and I end up crackiing up and ruining the WHOLE mood. No more frenchies for girls like us... that chapter of our lives is CLOSED!

how funny! that seems to be a fairly common trend. i do occasionally enjoy it if we're really having a big time, but for the most part i don't crave or groove on it the way i did when we were young 'uns.
you know, i hadn't really thought about it until i read this. thanks for giving me an interesting topic to ponder!
