I take cod or tilapia (sp?) and bake it then I put rotel over the top during the last 5-10 minutes. Just drain the juice from the rotel and spread it on the top. I also like to take salmon and bake it with just a little "Smart Balance" butter and "citrus grill" (thats the name of the spice) and bake it you can also use salmon and butter, very little and bake it and after you take it out put some pesto sauce on top. Yummy!

I also have 4 other part time jobs - I have a home-based childcare service, I make and sell jewelry, I sell caps and gowns for grads with my mother and I do contract work for my husband.
