After I wrote this, I saw someone else had requested it. Sorry.

I love fish, but I am not the person to cook it. I looking for some easy
and really good recipes for cooking fish. I don't mind, grilling, baking, or
anything else to make it yummy.

Thanks
L

I get a piece of Salmon cut a small slit in the middle fill with a little bit of herb flavored goat cheese (which Weight Watchers approves of) and top with some bottle Kraft Dijonaise, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. It takes about 2 minutes to prepare. I bake on 400 for about 10 to 15 minutes. It is soooo easy and sooooo awesome! Good Luck!

I take cod or tilapia (sp?) and bake it then I put rotel over the top during the last 5-10 minutes. Just drain the juice from the rotel and spread it on the top. I also like to take salmon and bake it with just a little "Smart Balance" butter and "citrus grill" (thats the name of the spice) and bake it you can also use salmon and butter, very little and bake it and after you take it out put some pesto sauce on top. Yummy!

I like to do Tilapia, Cod, or Salmon. I prefer to broil/bake or grill to pan frying, just because it can be a little healthier. Tilapia I like to do lemon pepper, or minced fresh garlic, pepper, and margarine. Same with Cod. With Salmon I like to marinate it in worchestire sauce, minced garlic and rosemary and bake/broil or grill it. Those three fish are super easy to make and don't take more than 15-20 max to cook. Usually pair them with brown rice and veggies.

I make tilapia and it's super easy! I sprinkle it generously with lemon peppper. Heat the pan, but not too hot. Add a couple tablespoons of olive oil and add the fish. It cooks pretty quickly, I usually only have to turn it once or twice. It will get white and flaky. It's easy and yummy. My 4 year old LOVES it!
