This may seem like a strange question, but does anyone know of any duck ponds in the Eagan/Burnsville/Apple Valley area? My daughter has an obsession with ducks but I can't seem to find any local duck ponds.....Any ideas anyone?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

We actually live close to Cedar Park Pond and I never knew it was there! We'll definitely check it out this weekend. Thanks for all your responses!

Cedar pond park is GREAT for feeding ducks and thousands of fish. Don't forget them! :) There are always duck and fish and theres a playground and walking path around the pond. Everyone gets in some fun here.

Sorry the park is located in Eagan right off Diffley, I believe its in between Nicols and Rahn road but off Diffley.

There is a pond in Eagan on Diffley between Nichols Rd and Rahn Rd on the North side of Diffley. Cedar Pond Park is the name.

How about Bloomington? There is a lake on Penn Avenue (Penn Lake) that always has ducks...FUN!

i went to a great one in burnsville the other day - there is a wooden shelter right in the middle of the pond and its got wire fencing but its designed so they can feed the ducks through easily. Its almost opposite the new cub in burnsville - the road is called something like travellers trail and is off nicolett
