I take a vitamin daily. I use to be in a bad habit of not taking vitamins. Anyhow; I take Centrum Chewables Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Tablets. I take the chewables because some of the vitamins I have trouble taking. They provide everything a normal vitamin has as well. I try to get in sleep and exercising. I think wheat and whole grains are good for the body as well. You should always start off with a big breakfast! People skip it usually, but its not a good idea. You will get energy and fuel in the morning from a breakfast. I don't go overboard with the exercising. I walk my dog 3-6 times a day, so I get exercise that way too. I use to teach dance weekly, so that was another way of exercising. Anyhow; just have fun with exercising. Take hot baths, relax and no stress! :)
