I signed up for this program. It was very hard for me to stick to. You get a "diet generator" online system that you choose 7-15 foods from the left column and the same from the right column then you hit enter and it gives you your eleven day menu which has four meals per day. After you complete the eleven days you get three days to do whatever you want. Sometimes it came up with foods that would never go together such as ham slices, cheese and a bowl of oatmeal. The two really hard days for me were day 2 which is an all fruit day and day 8 which was an all veggie day. It was very hard to eat vegetables for breakfast. I have a blood sugar issue where I get light headed if I don't eat and on the fruit days I just felt very weak. I do not like vegetables at all so this day was just about impossible for me. I did go through the whole eleven days (cheating on day 8) and lost four pounds but then the three "cheat" days I gained two back. I just don't think the results for me were enough to continue. I have about 10-15lbs that I would like to lose but I don't think I would use the "diet generator" again. It just wasn't for me.
After reading your request I remembered that when I received the program I also was able to download a handbook. I just went through it and it has a diet in it. I don't recall really looking at it before now. It gives you a list of protein and carb foods which are the same that you will find on the "diet generator". It then tells you day 1-10 what combinations to do such as:
Day 1 - Eat 3 carb meals and 1 carb/protein mixed meal
Day 2 - Eat 3 carb meals and 1 protein meal
Day 3 - Eat 2 carb meals and 2 protein meals
and so on.
I think I'm going to try this one. It seems like it would be a little better fit for me. There is no "cheat" days, no "all fruit" days and no "all veggie days". If you would like more information regarding the diet in the handbook email me privately.
Thanks and good luck in what you decide. Also if you have any other questions regarding the "diet generator" program just let me know.
