All good advice....just wanted to add you might have eaten something that slowed her down...
Hello all mamas out there.
So, my 3 mo old daughter is not pooping.
She used to be a CHAMPION pooper, going like every time I fed her.
NOW she hasn't gone yet today, it's now almost 1pm, and didn't go yesterday!
She went twice on Sunday, but not at all on Saturday!
Is this a serious enough concern to call the pediatrician about?
Poor baby...

It's common for the pooping to slow down when they are a few months old. Apparently, it is even normal for them to skip several days.
Until recently, my daughter has been exclusively fed breastmilk. I felt the same way the first time she did not have a bm. But she had the next day (day and a half with none) and was not straining so I didn't worry about it. She still occasionally "skips" a day. No signs of constipation so I am guessing no problems. I mentioned it to the doc when she had her 9 month (actually at 8 1/2 months) and she wasn't concerned since I never saw her straining. She also did not have a tight tummy. If your baby seems to be straining or upset, then speak to the ped about it. Especially if this continues frequently.
This is quite common and normal - a sign of her digestive track maturing, i think. Both of my children were exclusively breastfed and around the 3 month age, they started to skip pooping for 2-3 days at a time and then on the 3rd day they would REALLY UNLOAD. I mean three diapers full, up the back type pooping. If your daughter is only skipping 1-2 days it shouldn't be as much - you are lucky. But if she starts to stretch it out be on the alert to pooping signals which will help with cleanup!
Good luck. Your daughters have beautiful names.
Enjoy it! It's perfectly normal. My daughter did the same thing, going 3 days without, and then going twice in one day. She did this until she started eating solids.
