My personal experience with cellulite is that mine pretty much went away when I stopped eating modified foods, msg and hydrogenated oils. I also work out regularly but couldn't get rid of it with exercise and weight management alone.
My sister started performing endermologie treatments for patients. And the price seems reasonable per session. She only charges $35.00 but she says you have to get in at least 14 sessions back to back to see a difference. However, I just read online that this is a temporary fix, you have to have monthly treatments afterwards to keep up the "good" look. Even though it sounds tempting and it's affordable, does it really work? Have anyone ever had this done? And it's not only for me, I have a few friends who would probably enjoy it, but before I spread the news to them I kind of wanted to get an idea if it really works and if it's worth the money.

Cellulite is just fat, not any kind of special fat, just regular fat that is on any other part of your body. The only way to get rid of it is by toning up the muscles behind the cellulite and losing weight.
About a year ago Dr. Oz was talking about this only being a temporary fix and yes you will have to keep up with it. It just swells up the fat underneath to make it look smooth.
I agree with Sandy, you are what you eat. Instead of spending $35 a session, take that $35 and go over to a health food store and buy yourself some brown rice, a heap of fresh veggies (hopefully organic) and some fresh beans. Go home, wash and soak the rice and beans and then cook them up with some veg and enjoy. Don't forget to drink water, a nice walk at the end of your meal and do a body scrub daily to get rid of more toxins. There are no shortcuts to a good body and health.
