Unfortunately, unless you have liposuction or a medspa treatment there isn't a whole lot you can do about the cellulite. Your genetics play a huge role in how your fat cells are created and how the skin that covers the fat cells retain their elasticity or lose their elasticity over time. Spending money on creams and products that claim to 'fix' the cellulite are, imo, not worth it. Yes, they can temporarily make the skin feel firmer but they won't fix the problem forever.
Do you work out? What do your workouts consist of - cardio AND strength training? You need to do both. Cardio will help burn fat all over the body. Anyone who tells you that you can 'spot reduce' is lying, unless they are a plastic surgeon and doing liposuction or augmentation. You simply cannot spot reduce. What you can do, however, is make sure that you are doing 30-60 minutes of steady state cardio 5 times a week in order to tap into fat stores in your body and use them as energy. You also need to strength train because doing so will not only burn calories, but it will also help to firm up your butt and thighs giving the appearance of a more toned area.
Finally, you might wish to examine your nutrition. Are you eating enough/not too many calories? Are you avoiding junk foods, processed foods, refined sugar? Do you get 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies a day? When you grocery shop, do you shop the perimeter of the store making your selections from fresh, natural foods? You also have to make sure you are eating enough...if you don't eat enough calories per day, your body taps into her inner cavegirl and your metabolism slows way way down and your weight loss stops (the body hoards calories because it thinks it is being starved and hangs on to them for dear life).
Yeah, I know my suggestions are not a quick and easy fix but when it comes to weight loss and toning/reduction...there are no easy fixes. Well...there *are* easy fixes but they are temporary, can be harmful to your body or metabolism, and if you don't adopt the 'fix' for the rest of your life it is likely that once you stop taking the pill or using the product the weight comes right back on and then some.
And finally...it makes me really sad that your relationship with your fiance would be ruined over this. Loving, truly loving someone means loving everything about the way they are and loving them as they grow older and their body changes. Is he going to be disappointed in you if you gain weight when you get pregnant with another baby? When you get gray hair as you grow older?
