My most noticeable early symptom was extreme exhaustion - like falling asleep on the floor in the middle of the afternoon while my kids played nearby. But as for the rest, you are right!
I was researching the earliest pregnancy symptoms (those that might occur before the missed period) and I came up with breast tenderness, mild cramping, emotional/mood swings, bloating...
How are those symptoms any different than typical PMS symptoms?? :-) LOL...
I feel all of these same symptoms with PMS - I have often psyched myself to thinking I was pregnant because of my breast tenderness in the past, but this time it does seem to be sticking around longer.
This "young, impatient" momma (I really am neither of those things...this isn't a teenager dreading a positive result asking the question here...) just thought the connection between what is listed as "early pregnancy symptoms" are quite similar to PMS and thought it was kinda funny...

It can be really hard to tell the difference! With my first pregnancy I felt like I was about to have my period but it just didn't come, and I was really shocked when I found out that I was actually pregnant, not having PMS. I had cramping and bloating and was so tired. Flash forward a few years and when I was trying to get pregnant with my third baby (for 2 years) every month I "felt like" I might be pregnant, I even got nauseous (may have been the fertility drugs) and I was always so disappointed when the tests came out negative (I eventually did get pregnant, yeah!) So those symptoms are just tricky!
I have been pregnant 4 times, and felt each time that it was PMS. With my last pregnancy, I felt for sure my period was coming, but also had a couple of familiar pregnancy symptoms so I went and bought a pregnancy test and maxi pads at the same time. I was pregnant.
For me, the cramps are in the back, not the stomach ;-) That's how I know when I'm pregnant.
They're not. That's why you STILL have to wait to take a test, and why the young, impatient "but I can't WAIT to know if I'm pregnant, I need an answer NOW" mothers get so frustrated. Technology simply hasn't caught up with this particular aspect of life.
Every time I've been pregnant (4), I've wondered why I was wasting money on a test because I was sure I was about to get my period.
