Hi Ladies...
I've recently noticed that my hair is really dry and falling out more then usual... i had a baby a little over a year ago, and i lost a bunch, but then it stopped and started growing back in... so i thought that time of my hair falling was over... but i feel like it started again...
anyway, my main concern is the Dryness of it... is there any home 'masks' i can do to strengthen it and make more moist and less frizzy???

What can I do next?

I like Aussie's 3 minute miracle conditioner. It really helped get my hair in shape when it was dry/damaged.

Hi H., I had problems with my hair, and loosing it fast, my husband ordered me Ovasions and I have longer thicker hair, and a whole lot of new hair growth. it comes in 3 bottles shampoo, conditioner and a cell theropy, I believe the cell theropphy is the key at least for me, it has a 2 hour treatment you can do, but what i do, is after i was and condition my hair I use the cell theropy, work it into my hair and scalp, and leave it in,I don't wash it out until my next washing, I also wash my hair less often, out hair is more prone to damage wet than when it's dry. I love it will never go back to store bought hair products. J. L.

I have been using RedKen products, they have a great smooth shampoo as well as moisture shampoo. It cost a little more then other shampoo but it is the only one that has given my hair the softness back. I buy mine at a salon, have not looked around for it at other places.

I have to second the mayonnaise idea.
Slather it on and cover it with a plastic bag to keep the warmth in.
It's pretty cheap and helps replenish oils.
Always be sure to use a big toothed comb and start detangling from the bottom and work your way up. It prevents breakage that way.

Best wishes.

I am going through the same thing. I started using a deep conditioning treatment in the shower, and leaving it in. I also second the mayonaise and moroccan oil ideas.

My mom used mayonnaise on my sisters hair. She had that problem when she was about 4. That and my grandmother told her to watch her diet and increase her protein. Not sure which one did it! But her hair was nice and healthy looking in a few weeks.

My hair is very dry too because it is almost all gray! I have been using moroccan oil and it helps:
