Double Jogging Stroller Suggestions?

I am looking for a double stroller to fit my 3 yr old & 1 year old boys. My 3 yr old is about 40" tall, which is too tall for the double Bob Revolution. Does anyone have any suggestions for one that might fit a tall toddler? I've looked a lot online & would love to hear other people's experiences/suggestions with their joggers. Thanks!

What can I do next?

I have a Baby Trends side by side jogging stroller that I love for my twins. It will take each child up to 50 pounds so it lasts quite a while. I bought mine used and have replaced the tires and tubes and otherwise that is it. I love it! The down side to it is that not all stores have doors wide enough to fit it through. But if i am shopping I normally use two carts or I wear one and put the other in the cart.

Another one I looked at was a McClaren. It is also a side by side but instead of being a jogger style it has the double wheels like normal strollers but has a better turn radius and fits down the majority of store aisles and fits through all doors.

Good luck.

Have you considered the Phil & Ted's jogging stroller with the doubles kit on the back for your younger? I have the Phil & Ted's and love it. I haven't compared it head-on with the Bob for height, but the main stroller seat has lots of headroom. Also, when your older child outgrows it, you can still use it as a single for your younger.

Hi,
We absolutely LOVE our Phil & Teds Sport stroller with the doubles kit (which just means we have the extra seat so the stroller accommodates 2 children). The stroller seat measures approx. 22.5" from the seat bottom to the top of the back rest. Hope that helps :o)

We still use our double BOB Ironman for our kids and I have a pretty tall 4 year old. Well over 40". We don't have any problems with her riding in it so I don't think that you would have probs with the Rev. Have you tried it out? My single is a Tyke Tech and we're much closer to growing out of that one. She actually just forces herself into it because she doesn't want to be left behind on runs:)
