Does Anyone Know Where to Find Sausage Casings?

My fabulous husband got me a fabulous stand mixer for Christmas, and I'm on a quest to make the most of it. I have a meat grinder attachment, as well as the sausage stuffer attachments. I have a book about making your own sausage. I now need sausage casings and curing salt. Does anyone know where I can find these? I haven't checked Central Market yet, but we're heading there tomorrow. Any other suggestions?

What can I do next?

I am almost certain Cabelas has them. I bought my dad some wildgame sausage there and they have everything. Check out their website. Cabela's is in Fort Worth and The Bass Pro Shop has about the same thing and there are more locations.

I would think most butchers would have them.
There are a few meat packing/distributors in the Ft. Worth areas.
My first thought was Central Market, Whole Foods or Tom Thumb.
GOOD LUCK
