I would go to your OBGYN as they are the ones that find the infections. Either your general MD misses them or you don't have them when they check. I would go to the ones that know your history.
Some things that I was told by my OB after getting several back to back after my son was born was to drink more water. Make sure you don't wait too long to go pee. Drinking cranberry juice or eating fresh or dried cranberries. Make sure to go to the bathroom after sex (this one I'd not heard of before! But it was what actually got them to stop that particular time!) Don't use scented soaps or washes or douches, in fact you don't need douches at all. You don't want to use scented pads or tampons either. Cotton panties.
I used to get infections all the time and these things help.
Women tend to "fuss" a lot over their nether regions being under the impression that they are filthy and they are actually doing more harm to themselves for it then if they were to let things be, wash with a little good ol Ivory soap once in a while and water most of the time.
I hope you can get everything cleared up soon.
