You might get a better market if you go to Etsy.com
It's a more craft centric website instead of the megalith that EBay is. It's very likely to get lost on EBay.
No I am not selling anything!!
Have you seen the bottle cap windchimes (all over Pinterest). Do you think there would be a market to sell them? Ebay?
I am thinking I may make one (I have made one and gave it as a gift) and list it. What can it hurt? I may make some money or I may have a new windchime.
Would you buy one or know of anyone who would like one? Again I am not selling, just trying to get an idea if I would be waisting my time or not.
I will provide a link when I get home. I can't get to Pinterest from here.

That does sound like a nice idea, but I'm not a wind chime person. I'd bet they would sell good at craft shows or at school craft functions though! Good luck to you!
can you provide a link to take a peek?
UPdate - I googled the images and have to admit, that as a musician, no, I would not buy these things, as I know for sure they are not going to be harmonically tuned and it will end being horrible background noise, if they make noise.
They look messy, and like recycled trash, IMHO. And I love home made things too.
I think it depends on the bottle caps used and the price you charge. I don't think people are going to pay for something they can pretty easily make at home or that is kind of bland (like a Bud Lite bottle cap wind chime).
There might be some market for a jazzed up one...where you paint the bottle caps and add in other things like crystals, beads, etc.
My question is: do they even chime? Wouldn't they just clink?
My cousin started selling a few things on ebay, little jammie pants, dresses, and a couple Halloween costumes. She made over $1200 in two months! I was really surprised- not that her stuff isn't cute, because it really is, I just had no idea she would get so many orders so fast. I'm sure it doesn't work for everyone, but no harm giving it a shot!
Well let me just say as an overall thing..I am huge into supporting hand made. So if it's something pretty and despite me being able to make it myself I would still buy it because I like supporting hand made
I don't know. I think only teens and younger people like the bottle cap stuff. There wasn't much of it at the craft fairs this summer and fall. So it may be going out of style/fad. If you can do it inexpensively and are comfortable giving them away as gifts if they don't sell then you've lost nothing by trying.
There's a "market" for just about everything.
I googled some images and they're super cute.
You need to find a market. Green, recycling types of individuals are who I think you need to reach.
Guerrilla Marketing is a must read (jay Conrad levinson) for any entrepreneur!
Good luck!
I agree with Jane K. Although I am sure they are wonderful and creative..... it would not be my thing and I would not buy one.
Personally, No I don't care for them at all
BUT there's plenty of others that will, you just need to find them
It doesn't appeal to me - it's not something I would spend money on.
