Hi moms. I have been thinking about magnetic therapy bracelets lately and was curious if any one feels like they help at all. I have get terrible pain in my bones before a period and nothing seems to help at all and was considering trying one but want input about other peoples success or not with them. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Do you take calcium w/magnesium everyday? If not, you should be. A body takes out a ton of calcium each month..from your bones and you need to resupply that. You may consider a bone density test as well to make sure your bones are not becoming to weak.

A magnetic bracelet may work, but there is always an underlying nutritional problem that your body is begging for!

I can second the idea about taking extra calcium with magnesium, especially before your period. Vitamin B6, and supplemental fish oil or evening oil also may help. Let us know what works for you!
