Sorry to hear about the end of your marriage. Mine ended as well, so I know what you're going thru. I too was on Zoloft (as is 1/2 of the world, it seems...). Anyway, my advice is to do as much behind the scenes as you can. If you don't have accounts (credit, checking, savings, etc.) in your name only, get them before you file. Interview SEVERAL lawyers and pick the one YOU want. DO NOT TELL YOUR HUSBAND YOU WANT A DIVORCE UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW. I also prepared by reading books on father's rights, so that I would know all the "dirty tricks" that my husband's attorney might pull on me. That helped immensely!
Remember to always be the one wearing the white hat. The judges have seen it all, and they can spot a phoney a mile away.
Lastly, hang on because the divorce ride is a long and bumpy one.
