P.K.
I would go onto allears.net and check out every restaurant in every park.
Tells you everything you need to know. My fav with kids is the Sci Fi Diner
and Prime Time 50s Cafe. They are both in Hollywood Studios and kids
love them.
What meals/experiences should we book? We will have 10 days but only want to reserve dinners since we hate rushing from reservation to reservation.
We have girls who are 10 and 9, but tomboyish and a 5 year old boy who loves Thomas the Train. We are staying in a house with a pool.
I heard the Cinderella's table is not worth it and I should do the Epcot version.

Eating at the restaurant inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. (I'm pretty sure that's the ride it's inside of.)
O'Hana in the Polyenisian Hotel would be my # 1 choice. We've been twice and LOVED it both times. It's an experience and a meal. Don't count on being seated right at your reservation time. Any wait is WELL worth it. We also loved the Sci Fi Diner. We were not impressed with the aquarium resturant (can't remember the name) in EPCOT, much too loud and the pictures are really misleading.
If they like Mickey Mouse try Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary Resort (you don't need to stay there to eat there). Princesses I would recommend Akershus in the Norway section of Epcot (the last time I was there they had 6 of the princesses). You will see Pooh bear and friends at the Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom.
My daughter is 5 and loves the Rain Forest Cafe, T-Rex, Planet Hollywood and Medieval Times. There are also the usual chain restaurants all over outside the parks. You might enjoy Arabian Nights too.
The sci-fi dinner theater at Hollywood studios is my favorite and my kids LOVED the french restaurant at Epcot. :)
My favorite restaurant on property is the 50's Prime Time Cafe at Hollywood Studios!! the whole place looks like a 50's sitcom kitchen/dining room. the food is tremendous! and the wait staff is hilarious! its a great theme! the dessert menu is on a viewmaster!
