All woman have different pregnancy symptoms so it's hard to say for sure what is going on. If you are really worried call your doc. I have never had a miscarriage but I'm pretty sure that if it was that you would have lots of cramping and you would be bleeding. But I will tell you that when I was pregnant with my first I only had sore boobs the week I missed my period (so at about week 4) and then it went away. And i didn't start getting morning sickness until week 9 or10. With my second I had a few days of feeling sick right around 4 weeks and then it went away until I was about 8 weeks along which it then came back in full force LOL.

Hi, I have also undergone this recently.I was 6 weeks pregnant and suddenly had some heavy bleeding after which those symptoms were no longer felt, body seemed to be normal, felt more relaxed and pleasant(No more sickness).I was a bit worried about this and when I went for another ultrasound,I was told that the baby is no more.Where as I had just heard the heartbeat the previous day from my bleeding..I dont know about the cyst, but I surely had a miscarriage..

I'd go in and ask for an ultrasound. This happened with my first pregnancy. About 10 weeks my symptoms went away. The doc thought first it was because I was getting to the end of the first trimester. When he tried to hear the heartbeat, he couldn't. I was sent for an ultrasound and learned that the baby's heart stopped at 6 1/2 weeks. (Missed miscarriage.) My body finally miscarried naturally at about 12 1/2 weeks.........

The only way to know for sure is to go in.

Good luck.

I don't know anything about the cyst you mentioned, let me start by saying that. I am pregnant now with my second child, and am 12 weeks along. Not a bit of nausea this time around!! Just sharing that every pregnancy is so very different. When was your last doctors visit? Have you had an ultrasound yet? If you are having bleeding or cramping, see your OB. If not, don't worry as much.

I'd ask your OB/GYN if you're concerned about miscarriage, but my understanding from everyone I know who's had one is that you will know because of the cramping/pain.

As far as disappearing symptoms, consider yourself lucky if they've begun to wane as you get through your first trimester. Hormone levels are in a huge state of flux, especially in the 1st trimester, so it's really hard to predict what may be causing the symptoms to feel less. But, it's a blessing if you're not bogged down by them.

Good luck!

Disappearing symptons can mean a "missed" miscarraige. Only a doctor can tell you if you have miscarraied. Call your dr to be sure.

I don't know if a cyst can cause a miscarriage, but I do that if suddenly your pregnancy symptoms stop you need to call your doctor right away! They will most likely get you in asap for an ultrasound. Please call your ob-gyn right now. Best of luck and I hope its nothing and you are fine.

Call your Doctor.
Every pregnancy is different.
But so call your Doctor and ask him/her that.
Also, I hope you checked on your cyst? But I don't believe that a Bartholin cyst can impact it.

Do you have any spotting? Bleeding? Cramping? Those would be miscarriage symptoms as well.
But check with your Doctor.

good luck,
Susan

Obviously you should check with your doctor if you are worried, however, during my first pregnancy I was terrified because all my symptoms disappeared...they returned in the form a bigger stomach! I was just one of those lucky woman who didn't suffer with morning sickness (until the second child!) Good Luck
